We provide our own kitchen facilities, and Mike our full time cook provides the nursery with good wholesome cooking.  We pride ourselves in the meals that are provided from our kitchen.  

They are varied and healthy, and the menu changes on a regular basis.  A sample menu is shown below.
Monday:
Lunch
Turkey slices, roast potatoes, green beans, broccoli and gravy.  Vegetarian option: Quorn Slices
Pudding
Homemade sponge and custard.
Tea
Scram belled egg, wholemeal bread and butter, selection of seasonal fruits.
Tuesday:
Lunch
Cheese and Potato pie, mixed vegetables and gravy
Pudding
Angel delight/ yoghurts for babies
Tea
Pilchards/sardines on wholemeal toast, homemade biscuits.
Wednesday:
Lunch
Spaghetti with lamb bolognaise, peas, carrots and gravy  Vegetarian option: Quorn bolognaise
Pudding
Blancmange.
Tea
Selection of crudities and dips.  Homemade banana/date loaf
Thursday:
Lunch
Chicken and vegetable curry, basmati rice.  Vegetarian option: Quorn and vegetable curry
Pudding
Stewed apple and custard.
Tea
Baked potato and baked bean boats, selection of seasonal fresh fruit.
Friday:
Lunch
Fish cakes, boiled potatoes and baked beans.  
Pudding
Bananas and custard.
Tea
Wholemeal cheese scones and cheese spread sandwiches.  Fromage frais and a selection of dried fruit.
